Whether you are birthing unassisted for personal, religious, or financial reasons, or want to prepare for the unexpected, this is the class for you! 4 hours of ONLINE instruction (combination of Zoom and pre-recorded). I recommend the hypnosis for birth classes to go along with this, and considering hiring a doula to enhance your experience. You'll get info about the labor process and what to expect at each stage, instructions on how to recognize and deal with special situations and some beautiful art and meditation time.
